Career Page:

-   The "JOIN" button on your career page makes it even easier for candidates to join your Pool. This allows talents to join your community even if there is no available position at the moment for their skills and experiences.
-   Customize the colors and logo to match your brand on the updated Career Page.
-   Create a more eye-catching Career Page by uploading an SVG cover image.
-   Your public job postings will automatically appear on the main Mndwrk Careers page alongside your own Career Page.
-   We assist you in creating Job Postings and Career Pages by updating the help texts.

 Company Profile:

 -   View your current subscription, including the start and end dates of the subscription period, and the subscription type set for the next period.
-   Browse and select from our various subscription package offers.
-   If you select "I’m interested in outsourcing capacities" in your company profile, you can set in the MyPool menu to make the anonymous profiles of your uploaded colleagues visible in the Hire Experts menu.

 MyPool Menu:

 -   Manage the status of members in the MyPool menu (Longlisted, Shortlisted, etc.).
-   Invite users to your active job offers.
-   By selecting the "Recruitment status" option in the Options menu, you can review the progress of a Pool member in the recruitment process. 

Squads:

 -   Add daily fees for Squad members to provide potential clients with a more accurate picture of your team.
