With MyPool 2.1, we've given MyPool a fresh look and improved functionality. Each user now has a dedicated drop-down section that puts all the essential information at your fingertips.

Introducing Visibility Settings

One of the standout features of this update is the new "Visibility" function. Administrators now have the power to individually decide whether to display or hide their users in the Hire Experts view. This feature enables you to offer your valuable resources to other companies within the Mndwrk community.

Easy Customization

By default, every user is set to non-visible. However, you can easily customize this setting at any time to match your company's preferences and objectives.

 2. Favorite Talents and Longlist Requests

 Streamlined Talent Management

In the Hire Experts menu, you can now save and manage talents you're interested in more efficiently. Simply mark them as "Favorite" or send a "Longlist Request." All Longlist Requests and Favorites designated by your company's administrators will be accessible to you through the "My List" filter option. Each Long List request will be processed by Mndwrk.

Improved Collaboration

All favorites marked by your company administrators are now visible to you, making it easier to collaborate and find the right talent for your projects.

 3. Anonymous Squad Browsing

 Explore Validated Squads Anonymously

We've introduced an exciting new feature to our subscription. You can now browse anonymously among the validated squads in our system. Click on the button with the three dots to access their detailed profiles.

 4. Effortless Project Announcements

Simplified Project Submissions

Announcing projects has never been easier. Our new "Share Project Details" button allows you to conveniently submit your project requests. Once you've filled out the form, your request will be promptly sent to our dedicated team at Mndwrk, ensuring a streamlined process.

5. Enhanced Subscription Features

Unlocking Higher Subscription Benefits

With MyPool 2.1, we've introduced an enhanced subscription experience. Inactive items related to higher subscription packages are now visible in the company menu bar, giving you access to even more powerful features.

6. Job Posting and Career Page

 Expand Your Reach

Now, you can share open positions either within your Pool or with the entire Mndwrk Community. Publicly published offers will be visible to Mndwrk-Community Members and partner company administrators.

Greater Visibility

As an administrator, you can also explore job offers from other companies and Mndwrk by navigating to the "Personal Profile/Job Offers" menu item.
