When you create an account in our Service, we ask for your basic personal data like email address, first name and last name, phone number, and a password. You may also add information about your LinkedIn profile link, GitHub profile link. and other URLs. We will use these data to identify and contact you and we will store them till you have an account in the Service.
Building a professional curriculum
You can add information to your account about your specialization, qualifications, workplaces, competences, language competences, projects, references (work history). None of this data is compulsory, but these can help us to offer you quality job opportunities. This information is stored in our Service as long as you have an account. You can also upload your Curriculum Vitae (CV), to shorten your CV data load. Then we send your CV to the Sovren.com parser service provider to convert it to structured data format. The Sovren.com deletes the CV within 14 days from processing it.
Invitation to a community event
We may invite you to events, to share knowledge and experiences about emerging professional trends, and provide an opportunity to meet others in your specialization. You may opt out of receiving any, or all, of these invitation from us by following the unsubscribe link or instructions provided in invitation email we send.
Offering a work opportunity
Based on your specialization, skills and work history, we may offer you work opportunitites. In your account you can set your availability. We will offer you work opportunities only, if you set your status to active.
Promoting you to our employment partnersYour portfolio, CV may be promoted to our employment partners, if you qualify to a work opportunity. In such case we will share your portfolio, CV without contact data. Contact data is only shared with our employment partner, if you are interested in their specific offering, and you express this will to us by email, (clicking on the "I'm interested" button), or phone conversation, or by attending a community event organised by us prior to the sharing of the data.
Applying for a project or a job
You may apply to a job, or a project through our portal. If you do so, we will review your specialization, skills, and work history to make the best match between the applying experts and the needs of our business partner.
Buying a premium membership badge
You may maximalize your opportunities by buying premium membership badge. By doing so, you must provide credit card details. The payment is always processed through certified, and secure payment provider. No credit card data is stored by us by any time during this process.
Registration to our newsletter
During the registration to our Service, or applying to one of our community events, you can also register to our regular newletter. You may opt out of receiving any, or all, of these communications from us by following the unsubscribe link or instructions provided in any newsletter we send.
Handling complaints
We are open to your questions, or complaints. You can contact us at our email address. In such a case we store these emails for one year after the complaint is closed.
